SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery usually takes around 2-3 weeks to reach following purchase confirmation. Allow us to take 3-4 days to process your order, you will then receive a delivery confirmation email once the order is dispatched.

We do EVERYTHING at our end to meet your expectations, but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If your delivery time frame has been and gone, get in touch with us at service@floratly.com and we will look into it for you. Remember, since shipping time does varies with different countries, please allow 21 days after dispatch before getting in touch as your parcel may be delayed at customs.
If you have 2 or more separated orders below USD$69 each under the same mailing address, we will combine them and ship them in a single patch with a single postage fee. All other excess postage fee will be fully refunded to you.
